What I really wish that this blog can raise awareness and let as many people across the globe know about the hard work in Kibera. As we use the volunteers the implement the system and mobilise these women, we will keep all our stakeholders informed of our progress.

Message from ICFD

We are sending this message of goodwill to this project which seeks to empower impoverished Kenyan women from Kibera. For too long this segment of the vibrant working population has been unduly marginalized. Their economic and social circumstances must be changed and their voices heard.

We at ICFD are willing to support any worthy cause to make a difference in the economic status of Kibera women.
